Good news for the real estate sector. The housing market in Spain shows signs of recovery during the second half of 2026.
According to data from the Association of Registrars published by Idealista on 5 October, home sales increased by 1.3% year-on-year in August, reaching 48,674 operations. On the other hand, mortgage contracts registered a growth of 1.6%.
These results represent a positive sign for the sector, especially after several months of declines in activity.
